Average delivery time

  • After you place your order, we need 1–3 working days to process it. On weekdays this usually takes one working day; orders placed on a Friday evening or during the weekend may take a little longer.
  • Once your order has been processed, it is shipped. Delivery takes an average of 8–12 working days.

Placing an order

Ordering at Grace & Evelyn Naples is simple. Go to the product page and add the item you want to your cart by clicking the "Add to cart" button.

Please check that you have selected the correct options, such as color and size. If everything is correct, click "Check out". Enter your contact and delivery details and make sure they are correct before you continue.

On the shipping step you can check the address you entered once more. Then continue to payment.

Payment

All payments are processed through a secure, SSL-encrypted checkout, so you can always rely on a safe payment environment. You can pay with:

We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your door completely free of charge, with no minimum order amount.

Our goods are shipped from our supplier in Asia. Any customs or import duties are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the customer.
